I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

All up last Down Comp August 6th 2015
Next Club Night Comp has been arranged, Rules as follows
2 Classes - IC up to .60 2 stroke or 90 4 stroke and Electric upto 1500watt
IC to launch at 1900hrs when the timer starts. competitors have 1 minute to get in the air
If you are not in the air by 1901hrs you are DQ`d
Flight ends when any part of your airplane touches the floor (including any parts falling off, this is to ensure only safe airworthy models are flying)
Time ends when the last aircraft has a part touching the floor
Winner get 100 points towards the Club championship, rest of the runners get a percentage of that depending on flight time achived.
Electric to Launch 10mins after the completion of IC round angain with a 1min to air rule
Bonus of 10 points for landing on the strip.
No models can be collected from there landing point unless CD allows (this is a saftey point as we dont want models in the air while people are running all over the place)
THIS IS NOT A COMBAT EVENT, ANY PILOTS DEMMED TO BE UNSAFE IN FLYING WILL BE DQ`D
Relaxed rules for the 2 flights Only
Engines may be started (note I say started, not tuned, fiddled with or fuled) from the right of the pilots box but all models must be restrained.
More that 4 models in the air allowed for the comp flights.
All other RDMFC rules apply
Normal RDMFC rules are in force up to 18.55 and come back into play on completion of the electric All up last down flight

Are you the official judge? If so, am I correct in assuming that your decision is final?
Wish I could be there. I shall be posting a remote entry from somewhere in Cornwall though!

Ha Ha - only just seen the results sheet - very funny Barnes.
I do hope that Badhams wingy thingy 'aint gonna appear in any official results table - at least two different pilots were on the controls - and that can't be fair in a test that relies heavily on pilots ability to overcome fatigue and concentrate for long periods.
It was also said that if you were not in the air within one minute of official launch time you were DQ'd.
Just sayin'

nothing in the rules to say you couldn't use helpers
Re: All up last Down Comp August 6th 2015
If you can tell me how long you flew for before handing over the control box i will gladly amend. I cant give pilot scores for 3 pilots to one person can i
