IMAC Comp

Had a cracking day watching IMAC yesterday, nice to see a few club members down , Bri, Rich, Jem, Tim, Alan, Andy S, Gary B.

Always a real treat to see the IMAC boys at our little club. Despite the strong winds they flew some very acreate flights in all classes. I very much enjoyed judging the 2 rounds of freestyle watching the boys battle the conditions was a real treat.  Dan Workmans new 2.3m GB Extra 33SC was loverly, such an intresting looking plane built for out and out freestyle, didnt see it fly shedules but aparently it performed well there to.

As good as Dans freestyles were, with a lot of high energy 3d, for me the best freeflight was Mal`s late entry to the comp flight to close the day, total oposite to dan with no real 3d but a very very acreate flight to music performed really well.

Other nice planes included Mal Greens H9 Extra 300  (always liked them) and Phil Hoyles Carden Copy Extra looked and flew Stunning. Great days compenjoyed by all that attended.
