I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

State of the field
Well folks, the field has been rolled and is perfect. The leccy fence is all working and everything is ready to go for a summers flying! And now the clocks have changed its possible to get there after work
The pits has been cut (Thanks to Brian) and rolled as well as possible but still not very flat particularly on the stream side. This is a leagacy of the extreme damage from a couple of years ago. Hopefully it will improve as traffic runs over the worst of it
The taxiway is very good but a couple of holes exist. These need some soil but otherwise not bad at all!
Many thanks to Brian for all his mowing
