I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

In the Winter? Well, we just have a bit of a gathering in the Rhyl Golf CLub bar. Nothing too formal really. We do try to organise something for each meeting, for example getting the odd visitor, perhaps a quiz, etc. WE normally get Cerin from Hobby Corner (Wrexham) to come along for one night with various bits and bobs to buy. It was expensive for me last year, I bought a helictoper kit!.

For the December club night, I think we have got a load of pictures to show from the last year, and hopefully some videos that have been taken by members too. I don't think we are allowed to put on food ourselves this year, but the bar will be open (as it is every club night there).

I'm all ears for suggestions on what the members would like to see though! We currently haven't got anything planned for the 2009 winter club nights (January onwards), so it would be nice to have some suggestions Smile
