I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

Its a ZDZ50 NG on a 23x8 Chinese wood prop that came with the model for an extra £12 Wink

Would have been perfect today Brian, I spent a few hours on the field in the company of Danny. The ground is not to bad but the pits is well still the pits if you see what I mean. Around 3 it went almost flat calm and was warm in the sun. The strip itself is in need of a good roll before the green stuff starts to grow. Hope to be there tommorow PM if the weather holds.

Looks a very nice model Bri. Are you using an in cowl silencer or a canister muffler??

Dave I might be tempted tomorrow then, and Mike it's an in cowl pitts style silencer same one as was in the Wildhare Edge, the model will however take a can Wink

Just back home after maidening the Edge, as per my usual practice just put a couple of flights on it and brought it home for a good look-over. It flew very well no trim needed at all, at first on take off I thought it was pitch sensative and may be tail heavy, but once I settled down and got back in the groove it was fine. It may need a slight K/E mix seeming to push to belly slightly but it's so slight it might have been me. It was so slight that I may not bother mixing it out anyway. Overall I'm delighted with the model very good Bang for the Buck Very Happy Cool Wink
