I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

I recognise that yellow glider!

Sadly, that minor Boom breakage was the first of many (4 in fact) and by far the mildest break. Over the course of a year, the boom got gradually shorter, until it had lost around 12 inches! It all ended in tears though, the day Mr Barnes taught me how to do a Blender.

It turns out the fuse can't stand such aerobatics, and it folded on the way down.

RIP Filip 400!
