I'm seriously tempted at that price!

Anyone else want one if I order one? Share tehcost of postage (and import duty if the customs man gets his hands on it)? Should be a good laugh for winter combat sessions up at LLysfaen

HI Folks.

The spare batteries are out of stock at Hobby city. Is everyone happy to wait for them to come back in stock? There is no estimate on time as yet......

I'm going to be placing the order this evening, so if anyone wants in, you have till about 9pm tonight to let me know!

Evening guys!

I nipped over to the parcelforce depot this afternoon to pick an order of batteries and bits and bobs, and was told that there were two parcels waiting for me. As luck would have it, the first half of the Vapors were there (4 kits). Unfortunately, they got collared by the customs man for VAT. PArcelforce then slapped on the customary clearance fee of £8

Anyway, I have four kits now, and am still waiting for the second box with another four kits in. The price each, based on just this four, is coming out at £59.20, That assumes the next four get hit by customs for exactly the same amount. If they don't the total will be less each, as I'll split the VAT/clearance fee across all 8 kits.

Unfortunately it's not as big a saving as I would have hoped, all thanks to Mr Customs

I'll bring the four kits with me on Thursday night, so whoever comes to the clubnight, has first dibs! Now there's an incentive to get yerself down to the club field on thursday!

Oh, and the batteries are still out of stock at HobbyCity....

Well I for one am not desperate for mine... pity about the final price - I only paid £70 for my original in the UK

One left from last night folks. Still no sign of the second half of the order And the spare batteries are even more out of stock than last week! HobbyCity are showing the stock as -1050 !!!
