I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

I've been trying to go ages hopefully on Sat weather permitting.

Last time for me was the weekend before the Agm and Roger had cut half the strip so was able to Take off but have no idea what its like now?

Hm, yes. That's the trouble with a half strip. One can either take off or land, but not both.... Very Happy

Don't forget there is now another tied up gate between the 2 fields & it is very muddy in that area. I carried my Twinstar over a couple of weeks back leaving the car by the gate but won't bother again unless it gets really dry & I'll stick to soaring or the beach. On the plus side the strip was good . Pack your wellies too !
