Saturday 29th July - Llanfair TH show

Hi folks,

We've been invited along to put on a little display at the Llanfair TH show again this year. It is scheduled for the 29th July (Saturday). Before we reply to the organisers to say yes or no, can anyone interested in coming along and bring some models to show off (either for display, or to actually fly), let me know please?

I'd like to go back to them before the end of next week. I don't want to commit to anything before knowing numbers, as it will be a bit silly if only three of us can actually make it.

Last years's do was great. It's a lovely little venue for flying, not really suitable for the really big models to fly, but great for the smaller stuff.

We shall be there again this year mate, weather depending of course.

Any idea of times please ? is there a cut grass area ? I would like to come along & fly something as well as static.

Just a note to say that this event is going ahead. If you want to come down to display some of your models (either static display, or flying) just let me know.

It's an informal day out, and we'll meet for brekkie at the Whistlestop beforehand too

Reminder that this is tomorrow guys, come one come all, flying area to be sorted this evening but historicly its been ok for most things "club size"

Big area for static display, fenced off so no risk of damage from public fingers.

Should be a good day.

At least the rain has arrived today, so hopefully will be ok tomorrow. I'll bring a few statics as well as a couple to fly.

Forecast looks alright for tomorrow!

Right guys, we are all meeting in the WhistleStop cafe in Rhuddlan at approx 8.30am tomorrow morning for breakfast, then heading over to the show field after that. It should be a good day out!
