It was quite blowy at lunchtime, forecast is for the wind to drop this evening though. Happy days!

Anything go on at the field last night, made the most of the wind & did a bit more on my garden  

Bloody marvellous. Fantastic turnout, and the wind dropped and dropped. Was flat calm by 9pm!

Was indeed a great night, even had to do the walk of shame to the other field twice!

I can confirm video footage points to me clipping the hedge going backwards. and the look on Andys and Roys face when I land the LF330 back on the strip from the other field is pricelss, a brief moment of confusion cought in glourious 1080HD lol

Allan Derv Delta was a right laugh too. good show all round.

Speaking of that little delta reminds me, I never picked up my divot as a memento....

Some pictures from last night, Jem maidened a Red Zephyr for a new member, Jem struggled a little with ground handling which is never easy for us mode 1 flyers on a rudder elevator model but all went well in the end after a few attempts at frightening the camera man. Allan was busy with his control liner, one of Hallam models of Sheffield, the model's name escapes me but it looked like a clone of a KielKraft Champ to me
