I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Thursday Night
Guys this Thursday night we will be having a visit from the Colwyn Bay ATC.
Would be great if we could get a big turn out of models for the kids to have a look at.
And if anyone has a trainer type aircraft that seems could maybe do a couple of trial flights with that would be great
See you all tomorrow

I will bring a selection and should be there about 6.30 ish
Have a rudder elevator leccy vintage that's good to steer around + diesel rudder elevator vintage thats even easier. And will bring a few others
Brent/Mark, I have a spare fully cycled eneloop battery pack and spare rx I can bring. How is it for engine and tank? Servos, switch, linkages etc?

Yeah, the little boomerang Nano, and Wren 44. I't not seen the light of day in over a year though, so needs a good going over to check everything is still tickedy-boo. Probably wont fly it, but I can do some engine runs!

Re: Thursday Night
Glad you didn't get the old bald spot in focus there Bri
What a great evening though! Just about to start sifting through the 3320 photos I took from the Quad. Seriously!

Re: Thursday Night
Great shots As normal Brian.
Awesome night. Once again from me massive thanks to everyone that turned up and put on a great show for the ATC, Showed once again what a great club we are!
The kids loved Andys FPV and flying Alan's derv model dispite me trying to educate them on how wrong it was.
The kids were really well behaved and most were quite interested so credit to them
Thanks from me also to all those that flew for them, all of you flew in a very safe and spectacular fashion, we really do have some great fliers in this club.
And lastly thanks to Brent who went out of his way to drop a trainer off for us to use ( wasn't needed in the end but I appreciate the willingness to help)
Lastly Brian can I have a higher res of that pic please and do you mind if I repost
