I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

IMAC Weekend.
Well, most of the IMACers are in a settled. Myself and Rich, and Bri this afternoon helped get everyone in and sorted.
Some real nice models and some very talented thumbs on show tonight and Thomas David treated us all to a sneak peek of his EXFC freestlye routine for the up comming comp in Ceqh later this year, that was awsome, Andy and Allan will also be intrested to know he has followed the trend and is sporting some monster wheels on his EF Yak.
Roll on tomorrow for a full day of comp flying, come one come all. lets show um how RDMFC hold and event!

Re: IMAC Weekend.
We had a good first day despite a late start thanks to a couple of rain delays. It was windy all day but a good time was had by all I think. We lost Keith Dawson one of the judges who had to return home to deal with a family crisis. Here's a handful of pictures to give a flavour of the day.

Re: IMAC Weekend.
Today the weather won, we were slightly late starting, managed to fly a double round of Sportsmans known and all bar one pilot in Intermediate flew a double known and then the rains intervened. It got progressively worse and about 1.30 the decision was taken to pull the plug A big thanks to all who attended.
Re: IMAC Weekend.
Real shame that,bloody weather.
Those pictures Bri are absolutely gorgeous.

PS Has anyone else noticed that every time Zaide steps of the plane it becomes winter?

Re: IMAC Weekend.
Well thats anothger weekend done. The IMAC UK tour is off on its way home.
Its a real treat to see these guys at out little club. Thanks to everyone that has helped out over the weekend including Allan P for ignooring me and putting his shelter up and Zaidy for cooking in the rain.
Also thanks to the club guys that helped with the scribing for the gudges and for turning up in the rubbish weather to suppout the event with little jobs like erecting and dismantling the strip/opening the gate/ getting the fliers ready.
Had a good weekend flying and learned alot again, Thomas David is a massive help on the calling and tought me a few things again. great experiance. Rich flew well this morning too in conditions that would have kept us all at home if we were not competing.
Drying off nicly now
