I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ

Short notice but its the annual fly in tomorrow at the wrexham model club site above the nant y garth pass, great site.
From 10.00 onwards also BBQ and drinks available Hope the weather better than today.

Forecast is terrible -and the strip up there doesn't half get turbulent even in half a breeze. Shame though, cos its a lovely venue.

Its a lead sled day for the orme today - but be warned..... road closures etc due to some road race / walking thingy

I was near by (liverpool air port) wanted to pop in - but the weather was misserable - when added 3h wait till 10 - I passed - shame that - as in here is quite nice - bit windy tho.

Popped to the Orme at 4pm yesterday and there were three guys from Anglesey and been there since 2pm ! Managed to talk their way through !! The conditions were really perfect.
My self and Jem had a good three hours flying session.
