Dear Clubs

We are pleased to invite any of your Members to our Open Day on 30th June 2012.

The fun starts on Friday for anyone wishing to Camp on site. There is additional camping with water facilities approx 600 yards from the flying field. The cost is £5 per camper/caravan/tent etc. (limited camping along the hedge row to assure CAA regulations are being met)

Flying all day Saturday and Sunday. The views and flying site are exceptional and provide a great weekend. Refreshments stall open on Sunday.

Usual rules apply. All fliers must have BMFA Insurance. Take off and landing for over 7kg models is at the 30m line and then flying out the required extra 20m. All TX to be booked into TX control. Maximum of 5 fliers in the air at one time.

Directions Get on the A525 Wrexham to Ruthin Road. Follow this road to Nant Y Garth Pass. Take the turning to Bryneglwys at Nant Y Garth Pass. The field is up the hill apprx 600 yards on the right. (for additional camping continue past the flying fied to the 1st cross road, turn right. Go to the y junction and the camping field is on the right hand side at the y junction.)
