I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

Finaly the damm thing is ready to fly,

Thanks to Rich for his help with the drilling, everything that could delay it from flying today did, but im finaly there.

Trying to get it to balance with 6s just wasnt happening so I changed tact and went for a differnt winding motor and 4s, this should sort it I thought, ahh but now the packs dont fit in the carrier so.....

Time to split it to 2x 2s1p 5000mah pack lots faffing about and there in (still dont fit properly as the pics will show tomorrow) so time to power her up, rx in cowel back on wing on. Balls, motor running backwards and I cant find my programing card so cowel back off, Rudder and Ele servos the wrong way round so wing back off ARGHHHHHH!

I have to say for a kit costing over 200 quid when it first came (admitidly 6 years ago) out the quality and fit out is crap!, I would have been very disapointed if Id have bought it then. The covering is heavy and thick and is already begining to come off in places, the hardware was crap and bits missing and some of the ideas on assembly are way off the mark IMHO, the likes of the EF Vanquish are so much better thought out. Hopfully the flying will show its class.

Anyway its ready to go now maiden tomorrow
