I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Barnes, to be honest, it does sound like Movie Maker is suffering from a severe lacking in the machine peripheral input device to operator interface.....

Re: Great Orme 17.10.10
Could be worse I guess, snapped fus right where it gets real thin at the back end, and one tailplane half mainly.
The wind just gusted down on her as I launched with a bit too much power and down angle on the edge - but you know how fragile these darn things are and TBF Brian had no time to recover.
So, that now means after a lousy week, I cant fly or launch anyone else's models in future.
I will let Brian describe the damage, but, my bad, and I feel right shite now.

Re: Great Orme 17.10.10
Damage is pretty much as per Tim's description apart from there's some damage to the underside of one wing and the L/E seam has popped in the same place which will help with the repair really as I can wedge the L/E open and work on the inside of the damage. I've more or less got the tailfeather sorted apart from the cosmetics. Like the Phoenix it will arise from the ashes.
Re: Great Orme 17.10.10
At least you have worn the newness off it now, and when it does re-appear on the slopes, you won't feel bad about flying it like you stole it!
