I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

I've found some info on this now no longer produced 140 and the recommended 2 bladers are 28x12 30x10 30x12 or 32x12. If the handshakes done I'll try it with what's on there first Wink I reckon the 30x10 could be the puppy

Cheers on that Mark but after talking this over with Nath and Rich I think something around 29 to 30" diameter is going to be what I'm after, thanks for the shout though Wink Should be picking the Ultimate up tonight I love you

I will indeed Sam Wink Talking of the prop again I think the one on there which Nath said is going sonic both on the ground and in the air but is loading the motor too much on verticals is 32" diameter. With props of this diameter if turning around 6000rpm the tip speed critically gets above sonic so I'm guessing a smaller prop may suit, fingers crossed. I think Rich has a 29" for me to try.

Very nice Smile

You could always cut the prop tips back a bit, it's worked great on that Biela prop I bought at Weston Smile

Indeed. Trimming props is always good when you want an odd size. After reading and listening to many opinions on the best prop for a DL55, Roughly 90% said 23x8, and 10% said 22x10. I came to the conclusion that the best size was an average of the opinions, so I have gone for a 22.9x8....

I've just realised the eyes of the sheep are watering in your avatar. Genius Smile
