bad news

Hi Dave been taken to glan clwyd hospital this morning. he wasnt answering his phone since yesterday so I suspected something wrong found him collapsed then called ambulance. this was at 12.00am today.

Hi guys

just got back from glan clwyd he is in AMU unit but will be moved to a ward in the next 24hours.

He has had a stroke but we will not know how bad until the next 24hrs, Katy his daughter arrived an hour ago.

I understand dave hasnt been feeling well for a few weeks.

Lets live in hope and pray he makes a good recovery soon and im sure he will get lots of support and we will get him flying again soon.

visiting times in amu 8.00am till 8 pm I beleive.

Well done Steve for checking up on Dave and rescueing him. Glan Clwyd is a great hospital. They will look after him well. I look forward to his speedy recovery.

Very sad to hear the news. I wish him a speedy recovery. That he is a lover of all things RC will also help with the recovery. Seen it before with another flying mate who had a stroke.

Only just found out about Dave as I have'nt been around for the past few days. I spoke to him at the field just before the weekend and he said he had'nt been feeling too good!!
Hope everything is OK and wish him a speedy recovery.
