I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

Anyone have a mode 1 35mhz set with rx and crystals lieing about that they wouldnt mind selling/giving away? Its all for a good cause (getting another young lad started!)

Sam, I've got just two more of my planes to convert to 2.4 Gig, so I'll be selling my Futaba 7C mode 1 TX in the next few weeks.

As Sam appears to be offline...perhaps I can dive in here. Jem has very kindly sorted the lad concerned out with a set - so I dont think it will actually be needed now Mel. I only know this because I was part of the converstaion last night between Sam and Jem . Smile

Hi,

Just got back from S.Wales orienteering and was very pleased when I read Sam's email saying everything is sorted for sloping. Thanks to everyone involved for helping me get my kit to start sloping - I can't wait, just have to balance it, get insurance and get a charger, whooo!!!

As long as Sam's mate is sorted out and you're still wanting to sell the transmitter, I would be interested in buying it. It would be a good upgrade from my 25 year old steam driven trannys!

Hi Steve, yes the TX is still for sale. I just need to retrive the settings for the last two planes to be converted to 2.4 Gig which I'll do tomorrow, then it's up for grabs. I'm looking for £25 for it.
