I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Could anyone help me?
Well for Chrimbo Im getting my first collective pitch heli, and I was wandering, how do I actually set up the pitch and throttle curve?
Also with it being a 4-in-1 rx unit, does anyone have any idea how I can use my dx7 to fly it?

Thanks

Re: Could anyone help me?
Is your new helicopter on 2.4Ghz using DSM2 protocol
If it is then you will be able to bind your DX7 to it.
I have looked on the net and from what I can find the Honeybee is NOT DSM2 protocol and will not work with DX7 but to be sure you need to look at the TX supplied and look for the DSM2 logo. The only people using this protocol that I know of is E Flight on their bind and fly models such as the Vapor and MX5 helicopter.. The protocol is the language that the TX and RX use to speak to each other the main ones being the Futaba FASST system and the Spectrum/JR DSM2 system which are not interchangable. There are however a lot of other 2.4Ghz systems eminating from the far east that use their own protocol which do not work with any other systems.
For a model to fly using the DX7 it must use DSM2 protocol.
Hope this is not to confusing

Re: Could anyone help me?
I highly doubt that it is DSM2 with it being a cheap e-sky heli
I have see some people use all separate components on it, but I have no Idea how they would get the tail motor to run properly,
It does come with 2.4ghz 6ch Tx but it will be a cheap one
It will have to do till i progress to a TRUE 6ch heli with BL and a belt/shaft driven tail, such as the esky belt cp v2 or the honey bee king3, or a t-rex 450 clone, or something along those lines.
Do you think you will be able to help me set up the heli for its first flight?
