When I send a PM via this forum it seems to first go into my outbox and wait for some time does this happen to anybody else ?

On most forums is like that.
It will be there (in outbox) till person you send it to, will log in and read it.

Correct its in "your" outbox untill "they" read it

Keep corecting me guys - maybe one day I will learn how to speak and write right
Once I spent half an hour trying to explain something to somebody - then I said - sorry about my english - he said - You are doing VERY WELL - political correctness ...

He will be there I will be there as in place

now everything is clear.

Long time ago i thought that to learn a different language is easy - just learn words and thats it - woke up when i was reported "been rude" - I said to somebody - would you bring me some papers - but did't say - please - in Poland saying this way means - "I think you are lazy" word "would" already means "please" - had a good laugh with the lad later on
