I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Rhyl Club website domain name
Have taken the plunge and obtained a registered domain for the club wesite, if you have the old long adress in your favourites (bookmarks) it'll still take you to the site. However the new URL (web adress) is http://www.rdmfc.org.uk/ which will make life easier for me admiinistering the site and will function better in search engines

Re: Rhyl Club website domain name
Aye I think it's a move in the right direction just a slight worry if we get held to ransome in a couple of years time when it expires but the old adress is still functional if the worst happens, so well worry about that if and when
Re: Rhyl Club website domain name
In my experiance thats not the case but you never know, and im sure there enough in the pot to cover these things, after all its for the good of the club.

Re: Rhyl Club website domain name
Hi John we have had club stickers and badges in the past, admittedly not with the club web adress included, however they were not the best of sellers, as you say perhaps one for the committee to discuss at some future date
Re: Rhyl Club website domain name
Good Move on the club domain name Brian. In my experience, the domain name registration fees usually don't change too much in the future when it is up for renewal. You tend to pay the going rate, and it is the same for everyone. Okay, it changes a bit, depending on the current cost (a bit like petrol) but that's it.
Out of interest, what company did you go through to register it?
Also, if you want reimbursing for the cost of it, just print out a copy of the receipt, and I'll sort it out for you.
Cheers
Andy
