Aldi tools are worth a look as the price is always right, but beware some of them are very very poor quality and you may be better buying good stuff as it could out last the Aldi stuff 10 times over !
I have had some stuff in the past which was really not upto the job it was supposed to do !
Just give them a really good look over before parting with your hard earned pennies !

I have to say I still have plenty of bits & bobs from Aldi there worth every penny, all they need is looking after & you'll get years of service from them.

Mark...I bought one of them yesterday, and will be trying it today up the Orme. I will post back here with results. Initial dissapointment is with the lack of optical viewfinder, so likely to be tricky to track things like flying models on the LCD screen in daylight. Also, pretty "plasticky" feeling, but then at the price, for a HD video recorder, with component output too,and all the accessories for 120 squid...I suppose its fair enough. Watch this space.

Thanks Tim, that was my felling for £120 all in a great buy for full HD, as i know fliming in the daylight with the screen is a reet pain in the a%$ you will soon develop a natural (but strange looking) curve of the hand
