I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

Indoor Flying
The Tuesday night indoor flying sessions at Llysfaen will commence again this year on 15th September 2009. Similar format to last year with the flight simulator set up with the projector onto the wall in the small room and flying in the main hall. Model charging and pit area will be in the entrance hall only. Tea and Coffee will be available and maybe the odd biscuit thrown in.
The evening will commence at 19:00 hrs and finish at 22:00hrs with the first 30min being set aside for children supervised by there parents to have a short fun flying session of their own.
The evening will then commence for the adults to fly their various models. With all the Vapor’s and contour rotating helicopters that where there at the end of last year, I am sure we can think up some fun and challenging competitions, so any ideas welcome.
Depending on numbers attending, the number of models and people in the flying area at one time will be limited to a safe number. Due to the size of the hall the maximum size of helicopter allowed to be flown will be 450, and these will only be flown one at a time for the safety of everyone.
Cost will hopefully be the same as last year providing there is no increase in the cost of hiring the hall.
For those social ones amongst us the local pub is just a stones throw away if anybody wants a drink and a chat afterwards.
For anymore information please contact either Brent Parry or Dave Sargent
Look forward to seeing you on Tuesdays

Woop woop! I'll be there with silver bells on! I've dusted off the mCX ready, and got my little su26 prepped for wall avoidance duties....

Anyone know what time the chinese is open until at the Semaphore?
