I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Re: thurs 9th
Sorry I did not get over this evening, the weather looked crap until about 7.45 so I nipped up to my local patch ( only a mile from the cottage) for an hour of electric fun. Bit windy but at least I got my fix
Hope to be over Saturday if the weathewr clears. Hope you got a fly in, knowing my luck it was flat calm all evening

Re: thurs 9th
No worries Dave It was a bit blowy down at the field. Not enough to stop a bit of hooning around with the rather tired Funjet. It's now even more tireder after a rather interesting Barnesy inverted landing, and a wicked tailslide into the deck from me! Nothing a bit of duct tape, Cyno and tender love and care won't sort out though!
I'm still gutted that we have'nt had any calm weather since I finished my Blarster 2 DLG. It's like the weather gods know I want to fly it in some nice calm conditions.....
Cheers
Andy

Leigh, I've dug out (bad choice of words after yesterdays incident ) some new spare starter springs for cox 049's. Let me know if you want any.

Brilliant! I'm not turning teh video camera off this time. It is stying on, regardless of whether I can actually keep up with the swallow-like turns, swoops, dives and rolls......

Re: thurs 9th
And me! I'll bring the movie film camera, a steady hand, and I'll be double 'ard and not wear a Hard hat, just the usual shorts and sandals (and possibly socks if I decide to have an early mid-life-crisis)....
