Field - 2017

Hi folks,

Just wanted to thank everyone who has helped out with moving the strip over to the new field. It's in mighty fine shape, nice and smooth, and we have the fence all set up and working too. Take care when taking it down for a flying session, the plastic fittings on the posts aren't indestructible. If you notice the fence isn't working properly, let us know!

Please make sure the fence is up and switched on if you are the last to leave the field!

We are a little closer to some of the nearby houses now, so if you are flying something particularly noisy, then try not to fly great big circuits, instead move towards elongated circuits, or even a reversal style of circuits.

See you at the first outdoor clubnight, StarWars day (May the 4th, first Thursday of the month). We'll be kicking off the clubnight competition 2017 series, more details to be announced soon! You don't want to miss out on the chance to lift the trophy this year!
