I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

What camera was it? Did you compensate for the extra weight on the tail? You would need a large amount in the nose fo a little amount on the tail

Looking at the vid, at the moment of launch you had the nose well above the horizon. When slope soaring its safer to have the nose well down. I think you stalled! Ooops! Ne'er mind!

Re: Deaded Discuss
Wow, seeing that from a camera is really different.Sorry to see the damage.
I was very lucky a few weeks back with my "EDF Jet" at the field when my launch can only be described as 'exciting', with some very low level aerobatics to fortunately recover. I wish someone had a camera on the ground to record that one! It was over very quickly but seemed like ages of fighting the controls ! Cause was launching slightly off headwind & a wing picking up but with the speed of the EDF everything happened so fast & I was very lucky to get away with no damage!
