I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Nope. A full days use, and about 70 percent battery left!

Not that long ago when eldest lad (John Q, works for Siemens Drives) had the use of a Mitsubishi IMIEV electric car as prize from EON the energy company for 3 months.
At the time, the big problem was the lack of recharging points on the roads out there. It was just impractical to make the journey from Macclesfield to North Wales.
The best part was that any down hill runs recharged the battery. e.g. Macc to Buxton and back only used about 10% of the battery. Very nippy 4 seater and s-o-o-o quiet.
So don't be too hasty to knock it.
Why not try one yourself

Does it now mean well all dont need field battries to charge now. We can connect our chargers to your car?
