I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

never buying another model from HK again, new powered glider built up, fitted new motor, vibrates like hell, smells of burning and just a moment ago after tinkering throttled up and the feckin bulk head and prop flew across the garden. NOT IMPRESSED  Mad

I've been waiting for weeks for the Pheonix 2000 PNF to come back into stock at HK. None of my e mails enquiring as to a re stock date have been answered. It seems as though their customer support department is pretty awful. Anyone else had problems with this? At about £60 this model is a good buy and those who have one have been pleased with it. I'm just a little reluctant to part with my hard earned if their follow up service isnt up to scratch. I'd appreciate any comments please.

Never really had a problem with customer support they are normally helpful. I have the Phoenix 1600 and they are a great glider for the money

I've had a few orders with either missing parts, or defective motors (circlips missing) and they have been fairly quick to sort things out, usually offering a refund in the way of a store credit. I have got a minor on going issue where some stuff I ordered back on June 12th still hasn't been delivered, but that isn't really HK's fault, it is the couriers they used....

The vibration and stuff sounds like a large out of balance on the prop/motor assembly....

Thanks for that info. I'll persevere and hang on until they come back into stock.
