I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Hi from a newby
Hi guys , thanks for the add, I am Mark Fleetwood , Woody to my mates , I work at RAF valley building the engines for the Hawks (including the Red Arrows) .
I am totally new to RC model building/flying , built a few balsa/tissue rubber powered kits as a youth .
I am building a FT Flyer at the moment as i have read this is a straight forward build and a suitable trainer , i have yet to buy any radio gear ,Anyone have a cheap starter kit going ?
I hope to make it over to see the demos at the show next week and say hello in person.
Looking forward to a exiting new hobby

Welcome to the forum! Feel free to come and say hello at the St Asaph do at the weekend, we should have a good variety of models on display and flying.
Feel free to pop along to one of our club nights at our field. We usually end every Thursday evening in the summer, weather permitting.
