I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Night flying bash
Hello all!
Is anyone interested in a night flying session at the club field one day next week? I'm thinking monday evening, from when work finishes, or it goes dark, until the batteries run out?
Obviously it will be weather dependant, but we can always reschedule if needed. Also, to fly you will need some kind of night flight capable machine, or a bloody good torch and someone to point it at your model for you! I'll be bringing a couple of multirotors with some LEDs on.....
Anyone up for it?
Andy

Re: Night flying bash
The more the merrier! If anyone wants to come just to watch, you are more than welcome too. I've seen the weather forecast, and it isn't fantastic, but you never know, it may just improve a bit! If it is too rough/wet to fly, we shall rearrange the date.
Has anyone got any fixed wing models setup for night flying?

It would indeed be awesome! I'll have to get my bottom in gear and get it on a test stand over christmas.
