I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Re: F450 specs
It's a dji f450 with naza light GPS. 3s1p lipo I uses 3000mah 20c
Quadcopters.co.uk quad with motors props esc around 140, naza light with GPS similar. Think it worked out at 277 plus abit of post
I now have a 200mm multifunctional under art with load rails on mine. Give me a bell if you want and I will pop round with it

Re: F450 specs
Could go with a f330 and use 3s2500 mah, Andy has one of these to great little quad 100mm smaller span ish less lifting capacity but still fine few quid cheaper to buy too

Re: F450 specs
Rich, if you want something to chuck around, the f330 is brill. The f450 is good, but not quite as quick. If you want to loft a camera, go with an f450. The kit for 134 quid comes with motors, props, escs, plates. Just add a flight controller and rx, and some LEDS for night flying. I've actually got a spare 450 kit if you want it for what it cost me, never been opened! You would just need a flight controller...

temporary
GO on then, it's yours...
And whilst it is sitting in a cupboard, it is not a loss. It's sole purpose in life (until I just sold it to you) was to be there for when I spank it through a tree or somethings, and don't want to wait an age to get replacement bits pronto! I'll order one to replace it the next time I'm ordering stuff....

Easy build isn't it?
Have you got it all setup in software yet? Give me a shout if you need a hand

Thought that would rattle you, I like things sticking up straight (rampant it's called)
Re: F450 specs
Rampant GPS. I'm going to have to keep my multirotors away from yours I think....

Re: F450 specs
Rich, what version of the Naza Software are you running. Apparently there is problems with 3.16 and DJI have just taken that upgrade off the site.
If you haven't updated yet then you should be good

Re: F450 specs
Also notice your bec led is on the side of an arm.
I would put it facing down bud, I didnt to begin with and you cant see it. as your nearly always flying above head height.
You need to see it to know which flight mode your in and for when it flashes like mad to tell you to land

Re: F450 specs
You might be able to see it from below, but only when pointing away from the pilot.
I think one on top, and one on teh bottom is the best way, but you only get one to play with

My transmitter talks to me to let me know what mode it's in, but I will move it as it nearly blinds you in its current position.Mark Barnes wrote:Also notice your bec led is on the side of an arm.
