for what i need they are perfect as far as sub standard not sure about that as iv had flightpower lipos go pop on me but never had a Nanotec do that

I wouldn't call Flightpower lipos quality either if i'm honest there awful.

Fact is the Optis are expensive packs.

£40 the pair or they go on my self.

I gotta say now I've mixed planes with heli's, that its only on the heli's that I can feel the difference. You really notice the difference between say a nano and a Hyperion.
On planes though there's very little noticeable difference between these thunder power 65's and desire power 35's.
I wouldn't bother with nanos of any size any more. They should be sponsored by sugar puffs.
