I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

GBR/CAA F3P Rd 4 3.2.13
Round 4 took place today, some great flying in all classes and some good battles, same old story from me didn't get started till it was to late but clocked my highest flight and total scores so far this season so on reflection not all bad.
5th in class today, next stop Electric Indoor Masters.
Took lots of pictures but for now here's one for Danny

It's the competing that matters, not about winning although we all try our best to win.

Rubbish its all about the winning. To be far seeing personal improvement is key and today showed my practise is paying off just need a proper plane.
Should also say well done to friend of the club Robert who improved his scores by over 300 percent he should be really pleased.

Cheers Mark - yes - I'm very pleased with my results - considering the circumstances - I'm as happy as I've won
Now - get that Disney build and you will see a massive improvement straight away - the Galaxy you fly now does not help help you at all - it's like getting a point or two getting off of every manoeuvre :/
- see you at the EIM bud

Good work fella! Are you not allowed warm up flights at these comps?

Went with Mark yesterday and will agree with Robert the Galaxy is holding Mark back the newer models are so much slower it makes Marks flights look rushed and untidy, even when he flys well.

You are allowed only a trimming flight - that is a circle or two (if you lucky) - competition is very tight on schedule - and the only time available is the time while guys are bringing everything in - so best is to just be quick.Andy Sayle wrote:Good work fella!
