I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

I herd some rummers yesterday

At Bruntingthorpe yesterday the Victor was sheduled to do a fast taxi for the cold war jets disply and in a strong cross-wind got abit light

For some reson the full size forums are under lockdown and no pics or reports alowed, which makes a accidend seem much more cinister with reports of flying at 100 odd foot.

Facts are 30-40 foot and a real heavy landing

At that point I thought we had had it - just to tent peg into the ground, and for a fraction of a second I considered going for full power, a climb and circuit.
