I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

Some shots from Rhuddlan one looking south up the valley to St Asaph one showing the flood banks breached and a shot of Rhuddlan stone bridge closed to traffic along with the 525 dual carriageway to and from St Asapph I can just imagine the state of the field.

Thats something I really don't what to think about although strangely it may help flatten out some of the holes we now have in the strip

Long term I think it's a good thing but unless we get some crazy dry windy weather I think the fields a no no till next spring unless of course we get some really hard frost and we can go play on a frozen field.

Thanks for asking Danny I'm fine, if my place in Rhuddlan gets flooded the whole of Rhyl will be awash. Wink

That's good to hear Bri.
I've just been for a drive and most of the water has gone now. There's still a bit of water by KFC but that's about it.
I popped up to the field as well and it's not too bad. The strip isn't under water at least.

Sent the Premier Inn pic on to daughter and hubby who stayed there recently.
Some amazing pics amongst that lot
Not nice to see the reality, but still great pics
