I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

1S lipo comparison reviews.
Morning peeps, I just ordered a blade nano and thought I'd order a bunch of lipos as the stock 150mah 25c packs are a bit tricky to find.
The list so far is as follows,
Eflite 150mah 12C x4
Eflite 150mah 25C x4
Turnigy nano tech 160mah 25C x4
Thunder power 160mah 25C x4
Hyperion 160mah 25C x4
Some should be here this week but the rest will be a bit longer as they're coming from America.
The plan is to give them all an equal workout and see what they're all like for power and run times. I can't do anything scientific so it will be just based on feel and a timer, hopefully it will help anyone that needs to try some new batts.

Well I've had around 100 or so flights on the nano with some serious thrashing around.
The turnigy nano's were disappointing. Out of 4 batteries only 2 worked. One kept dying after around 30 seconds and the other wouldn't charge at all.
The 2 that work give reasonable power for around 2 mins. After that you start to get the toilet bowl effect.
The 25c 150 eflites work really great with lots of power and you can get 4 mins of thrashing round before the power starts to tail off. A great all round battery.
The thunder power 25c 160's are smaller than the others and give a slight power boost over the eflites. They run just over 4 mins before the power tails off. They also feel the best when you plug them in with a satisfying click.
The 12c 150 eflites were of no use on the nano. Horizon hobby say to use a minimum of 25c packs on the nano, but I figured that they would at least work, but they struggle to even get off the ground.
This is no reflection on the battery, it's just the nano needs more.
Still waiting on a couple of Hyperion's to turn up, but for the moment I'd pick the thunder powers and the 25c eflite. The thunder powers are quite hard to find in stock though.
Danny.
