I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Toughlon
Just carried out a couple of small repairs to the wing of the World Models Extra and wanted to match the covering. It appears that it's covered in Toughlon as are all World Models ARTFs. Apparently it's the Chinese equivalent to Profilm and Steve Webb is the only place that stocks Toughlon. Has anyone tried it yet??

Re: Toughlon
The stuff from Cod/shark is not too bad actually, every bit as good as solar film in my opinion. They don't stock violet though unfortunately!

Re: Toughlon
Called at Webby's today and picked up the toughlon. He's the only supplier in the country as he's the importer of World Models. He's got every colour you can think of including all the checkerboard colours. It does look as though it's the same as Hobby Kings covering. Hope it's as good as Profilm.

Re: Toughlon
I've used toughlon, it's pretty good. Not quite as nice as proper profilm, a bit thinner, but it goes on well enough, and seems to hold up well enough....
