I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

The Vanessa C of G rig
Dunno if any one reads this section but just in case HERE is a simple method / device for setting up your CofG.
The first bit takes a bit of reading but the pictures makes it all clear.
I would think this would be particularly good for those of you with larger models.

Cheers Marty
Looks good, I'll have to try to make one.
I've sent the link to Will Bertoni via email, it may be of some use to him.

Re: The Vanessa C of G rig
After the test flight of the EPP Aerobatic model yesterday, Jem & I thought the balance was a bit to far back.
I decided to make one of the balancing jigs.
What a great bit of kit to balance you model accurately.
4 bits of string, a piece of dowel, a screwdriver with a hole at the top of the handle & a piece of wood for the hanger.
Drill three holes & away you go.

Will this rig work on flying wings and small combat foam jobbies?
Finished my slipstream the other night, but had to jam nearly 90g of lead in the nose to get the c of G right which im still convinced isnt in the right place!
