I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

If a member wants to fly electric then surely it's the flyers responsibility to provide a source to recharge the batteries, similarly if a member wants to fly I.C. powered models bring you own fuel.

I totally agree

I am beginning to regret offering it now, but would like a answer pretty soon as to whether its required as I have other people interested. Its an old model ( probably 20 years + ) and although total running time is probably no more than 10 - 20 hours it will probably need a new plug and oil change etc and should then be fine, it looks not unlike this one here.yammy

As the idea of the Genny for the field seems to have died a death, and as I said in an earlier post I had people interested, its now been promised to someone.
I need to get it over to Grantham, so if anyone is heading for the NATS this year and could "deliver" it to the show, that would be cool.... please let me know.
