I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

Gary, although the DX8 is a very nice bit of kit, the manual is pants, and the Tx is not without a few teething troubles.
If you haven't already done so, I suggest you take a look HERE

That last thread (RCG) is a biggy....and I only just jumped into it toward the end, and havent read it all yet, but its well worth checking out some of the later postings.

If your set comes with firmware ver 2.03 you will have the elevon model sub trim issue so beware.

Luna LOL.
Typhoon prob has the edge on out and out performance, but Luna is prob better in scratchy conditions.
