I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Hi all, long time no see.
Can anyone tell me where I can get some depron sheet? I believe B&Q used to have it as 6mm thick "Floormaster" in some branches, but I couldn't find it in Rhyl. Webbs have it but its a bit of a trip if that's all you want.

Long time no see Ian.
cmon spill the beans, what ya buildin??
the b&q depron is ok its a little softer than the white stuff, if ya can get it. rhyl only had one lot in and i had 2 packs of that. all gone unfortunately
on the other hand they do have orange extruded polystyerene, same as the blue dow corning foam. thats in with all the other insulation. i think it was about 15 notes and you get 4 sheets of 2'x4' by 2" thick. marks got a little tiffy that i knocked up from it in his garage which he promised he would put a motor in

Hi Leigh,I built this Dunne biplane in 1968, it flew really well with a Mills 75, free flight of course.
It looks like an easy build in Depron with an electric pusher and Spectrum elevons...

Re: Depron
Hey Ian, hope youa re keeping well?
I can't help with the depron, but I do have a couple of sheets of EPP sat in my workshop with no purpose at the moment. I have got 3mm and 5mm thickness in sheets that are 600x900mm. It is a little bit heavier than depron, and a fair bit less "rigid", although it is incredibly tough and "bouncy"! A few carbon spars here and there stiffens it up nicely The density is around 25 grams per litre (25kg/m³)
You can have it for what I paid for it (£7.50 a sheet)
Cheers
