I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

Come on then you Spektrum nerds......

Anyway of setting one of your DX7 switches to be a dedicated throttle kill switch? Not looking for an electronic kill switch on a seperate channel (im only flying glow) but just wondered if there was a way to flick a switch which would make the throttle servo move to 'off' position. I know the DX6i has a dedicated 'kill' button, just wondered if you could do the same with the DX7.

Cheers for your help chaps - just getting sick of using trim to do it all the time!

The DX7 is rather strange as you have to use a Pmix to do it. I cant remember off hand how to do it but if you google DX7 throttle Kill. You will find it.

I use JR and also used same mixer in DX7
to kill engine from tickover after landing
I use gear switch
to switch programmable mixer
Choose mixer that allows Throttle mix with Throttle, assign your switch
Add some negative mix value
Job done
Test it and make sure other mixers don't activate it as well
