I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Re: Another New Toy
You must have one of those 'fishermans tales' calculators for the power.
10S cells, 4v per at the very best (more like 3.5v per)under load =35v to 40v
120A esc
:. 120 * 35 or 40 = 4.2kW or 4.8kW
or are you going to be runing 20S

Re: Another New Toy
Should still fly very well. You'd be surprised how little power is needed for a lot of the flight, as was shown by the eagle tree inflight logger on my 1st PC9.

Re: Another New Toy
Still waiting on the packs, but its in the car today to go to the field tonight for final fettling. Got my old 10s packs to test everything out.
Main reason is its a reet pain to get it all together at my house to sort ballance and movment so I'll try and get that all sorted tonight. then it should just be plug and play when the 60c packs land.
