I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Saturday 11th -Mark's 2nd maiden
Quite a blustery afternoon for Mark's 2nd go with the Raven. This time the engine decided to stay where it was put!! 1st flight without the cowl then everything checked over and the cowl fitted. Now looks the business.
Is it a bird or a plane??
On finals.

Thanks Mike,
Got 5 flights in today and all was well, engine is tuning in nicley and the plane fells nice, bit to windy to really get to grips with the trim.
Rich also remaidened his Vision after last nights huge crash

Just got home from Chilli Pink (stuffed), here's a couple more photos of Mark's Raven, good to see it back in the air and glad it all went well. Definitely not a day for trimming today but happy just to get a few flights

Small turn out of the usual hardcore PSSA flyers today at the Orme...
poor morning with rain and very little wind, but the afternoon turned out nice - Northerly but decent lift and we all got a lot of flying in.
