I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

Heard this evening that Dave is going into hospital @ 07:00 tomorrow for his second hip replacement. He hopes to be out next Tuesday. He'll soon have so much metal in him we'll have to start calling him 'Metal Mickey'! I'm sure the club members will join me in wishing him well.

I spoke with Dave this afternoon, and hes in fine spirits and looking forward to getting the hip done. I was at his place a few days ago, helping him with his wildthing, which he has now finished - and he is dead keen to get up the slope.
