I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ

Delyn MFC are hosting their first Warbird meet on 17th April 2011 at the Kettle Field and all are welcome to enter with an appropriate model.

On a serious note - I take it all warbird types are welcome? ARTFs and stand waaaay off scale included - none of that pretentious snobbery of the master scale builder only stuff.
Only I think I may have only put 2370 rivets onto my spitfire wing instead of 2372
Will I be scoffed at and made to feel inferior - dont answer that!

In the model flying world it would seem to be age that can make you feel inferior, when you see the way these youngsters fly so well.

It is a low key, club style fly-in event for everyone. It doesn't matter how big yours is (wife my say differently Tim 
) or what it is as long as its a warbird of some discription. Its not a scale competition, so ARTFs and rivet less models are very welcome.
