Looks good, although it is not cheap, is it? All that's in the electronics is a 3 phase rectifier (3 diodes to do it on the cheap, six if you want to be posh and have full wave rectification) a couple of chunky capacitors, a voltage regulator, and that's about it. They may have gone to town and put in a posh switching regulator/charging chip....
