Afternoon all.

Anyone out flying over christmas? it looks like we are in for some nice calm weather, if a bit chilly? I've got my missing parts from my Funcub kit, so a quick bit of fiddling with linkages and hinges, and I'll have my off-road capable funcub flying off the snow any day soon!

Tomorrow again looks ok just a bit COLD -10 ish!

it was -16 where I live in the conwy valley even the deer are coming closer to the house.

I was at the field on Sunday afternoon. Lovely weather - completely clear blue sky and almost dead calm. Cutting some nice swathes through the snow on landing. Temperature was about -8. Where were you all??

Off season DLG flying, I'm game for that. I'll bring the Binary(s), you bring some, er, something.....

I was very nearly spending the next couple of weeks over at my Mum's, had the gasman round on sunday evening to tell us that he would have to cut our gas off, as there is a dangerous gas leak in our house. I thought it was Jackies shoes that were smelling. It turns out the boiler had a hole in it.... Just what you need with a 3 month old, and outside temps of -9°C... All sorted now though

Boo Hiss - Im either finishing Chrismas shopping, babysitting or travelling for the next two weeks! Might have an hour or two tomorrow afternoon if anyone is about though? Of course I will have to check with SWMBO!

I'm still waiting in for a delivery.If it comes today I'll see you down there tomorrow.
For 2 days now the tracking info has said "In transit".

Lol,it's always the case.I wish I'd chosen special delivery with this one.
In the summer I should probably change my home address to the field.That way I could fly and recieve parcels at the same time.

Im guessing youre on a service contract with BG which is ok in this weather as they have to attend within a certain time even if the weather is bad!!!

I went to a call 2nt and couldnt get up the hill(must be getting old!!) and also my poor van.
