I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

OrangeRX DSM2 6 channel receivers
Morning all.
Just had a delivery from HobbyCity, and I've got a small pile of the 6 channel OrangeRX DSM2 receivers that I was going to sell on Ebay. They are the equivalent of an AR6100 receiver, BUT they have have a hard case, and a port for a satellite receiver too. They are ideal for park flyers, small slopers, or bigger models if you plug in a spektrum Satellite receiver. You can even de-case the rx for use in lighter models (indoor models even!).
Oh, and they are £10 each. Shout if you want one/some...
Cheers

Re: OrangeRX DSM2 6 channel receivers
Yep, I've resisted buying a vapor for ages, but crumbled when I saw the night vapor on offer at Al's too. According to my text messages, SWMBO tells me "there is another sodding parcel arrived for me" at home too
back on topic anyway, these Rx's weigh just less than 10g, and with the case off, approx 4g. nice and light if you ask me!

Bare would be fine, so long as you don't let anything touch it, especially with power on. Heatshrink weighs naff all, and would be a sensible idea, unless you are truly hardcore

Re: OrangeRX DSM2 6 channel receivers
I bought a batch of 15 rolls off of Ebay a while back, for the huge sum of £12 plus postage (which was another £. You might have some luck there? Try searching for sellotape crystal clear tape, I think that's its new name. You might also want to try Stan at Phoenix Model Products, he sometimes stocks it..
No problem Roy, still got a few more left if people are umming and arr-ing

Re: OrangeRX DSM2 6 channel receivers
Have you seen how much of the stuff I get through flying that pesky pylon racer of mine? Shedloads!
And usually no. In fact I was quite surprised when we found out Daisy was on her own in there, I'm sure I ordered two.....
